This position serves a key role on the UX team and will be responsible for interaction design, prototyping, and visual design of Naviance's applications in collaboration with the UX team, Product Management and the Engineering team.
We're looking for a creative designer with web application design experience and a very strong interaction design portfolio. This position focuses heavily on interaction design and rapidly prototyping interfaces - you need to be able to design both how an app will function and how it will look.
Desired skills:
- demonstrated experience developing UIs for web-based applications
- strong design aesthetic and portfolio
- ability to work collaboratively and to multi-task
- experience with rapid prototyping of interfaces
- Adobe CS4 expertise
- Adobe Catalyst experience a huge plus
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Strong communication skills
