Potato London is a small agency that specialises in developing complex and scalable web applications. This is a part-time freelance role initially, but has the potential to grow in the future.

We're after a UI designer who is experienced in building rich web-based interfaces. The successful candidate will work with our front-end and back-end developers to create easy-to-use interfaces for the hundreds of thousands of users that access the apps we make every month.

Our clients and coders understand the value of good design - implementing data-driven design decisions as well as coming up with creative methods of solving UI problems. We develop apps quickly and iteratively, so you would need to be comfortable working within this culture.

Required experience:

• Proven and demonstrable web-based interface development
• User testing

Big pluses for experience with:

• jQuery and jQuery UI

Also useful:

• Google Analytics
• Google Website Optimizer
