Hunt and Gather: Interactive Art Director / Designer

Hunt and Gather is looking for a new designer to join our big red loft!

Hunt and Gather is a Boston-based interactive agency with clients from a wide variety of industries including a number of high-profile brands. We are looking for a driven and ambitious interactive designer to join our group of passionate designers, developers, and generally inventive people!

As an Interactive Designer, you will act as the driving creative force for your projects, participating in the design execution of concepts from start to finish. You must be able to effectively communicate design ideas within a collaborative work environment. Your attention to detail and ability to multi-task should be exceptional. Your designs should reflect fresh approaches to a client's needs and a willingness to take risks. You should excel at handling multiple projects, accounts, and timelines.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in an agency environment
• Fluent in Adobe Creative/Production Suite with strong emphasis on Photoshop and Illustrator
• Strong experience with interactive design including: overall concept/vision, layout, information architecture, wireframes, typography, and usability
• Knowledge of the realities of executing designs in CSS and HTML
• Ability to take direction and work well in a team environment
• Ability to effectively communicate design rationale in client presentations
