As the UI Expert at LivePerson based in New York, you will have a unique opportunity to design complex web user interface and application interactions for our clients. Your mission will be to keep up-to-date with leading edge user interface designs for web applications and serve as an advocate for the end-user experience. What would you own?

• The direct link between Information Architecture and the connection to the user.
• Monitor and optimize the user experience.
• Creating and implementing UI for our online tools - such as our Live Marketer product.
• Improve the functionality of our Administrator and Operator tools – such as our internal consoles.
• Assist in taking our products to a great mobile experience.

How would you help others?

• Evangelize, apply and teach good user experience.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams and contribute in client meetings
• Proactively recommend and guide stakeholders in best design practices.
• Mentor and share projects with members of the creative team to promote learning and information across the organization.
• Being an “aesthetics ambassador”, creating thoughtful and clean layouts, which will help guide both current and future projects.

What you need to bring?

• 7+ years experience
• Mobile applications/web development experience
• Expertise in functionality oriented layouts
• Adobe Suite, web tools, wire-framing tools
• Basic coding skills
• Flexibility to travel approximately once a month to TA
